Pre-Owned Device Warranty Policy

We stand behind the quality and reliability of our pre-owned devices. To ensure your peace of mind, we offer a 1-Year Manufacturer Warranty on all repairs and pre-owned devices purchased from Mobify Mobiles. Below are the details regarding our warranty policy:

Warranty Coverage

This warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period of 1 year from the date of purchase.

What’s Covered:

  • Hardware defects or failures that occur during normal use.
  • Manufacturer defects, including malfunctions in the device's internal components or hardware failure.

What’s Not Covered:

  • Accidental damage (such as drops, liquid spills, or physical damage).
  • External damages, including scratches, dents, or screen cracks.
  • Damage resulting from improper use, unauthorized repairs, or modifications.
  • Loss of data or software issues.

Warranty Claims Process

To file a warranty claim, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us: Reach out to our customer support team at admin@mobifymobiles.ca providing details of the issue and your purchase information.
  2. Return the device: If your claim is accepted, we may ask you to return the device to us for assessment.
  3. Assessment: Our technical team will assess the device to determine if it falls under warranty. If the issue is covered, we will repair or replace the device free of charge.
  4. Replacement or Repair: If the device cannot be repaired, we will provide a replacement with an equivalent or comparable model, depending on availability.
  5. How to Maintain Your Device

To ensure your pre-owned device remains in optimal condition:

  • Keep your device away from extreme temperatures and moisture.
  • Use a case and screen protector to prevent physical damage.
  • Charge the device according to the manufacturer's guidelines.

Manufacturer Warranty Information

As our pre-owned devices are sourced directly from manufacturers, the warranty follows the manufacturer's guidelines. The warranty period begins from the date of your purchase, not the date of manufacture.

Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by unauthorized repairs or modifications.
  • Software or operating system issues (unless they’re related to the original manufacturer defect).
  • Devices that have been tampered with, opened, or altered in any way.
  • Loss of data due to any form of malfunction.

Limitations of Liability

Our liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the device. We do not cover any consequential, incidental, or indirect damages, including but not limited to data loss, business interruption, or inconvenience.
